Agreement

By using Looking Forward, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

Looking Forward helps you view, pin, and count down to upcoming calendar events. You are responsible for how you use the app and for keeping your device, Apple account, Google account, and calendar permissions secure.

You may not use Looking Forward to break the law, interfere with the app, attempt to access systems or data you are not allowed to access, or misuse calendar provider services.

Calendar Connections

If you connect Apple Calendar or Google Calendar, Looking Forward uses the permissions you grant to show calendar-based countdowns and related app features. You can change or revoke those permissions through your device settings or Google Account settings.

Your Content

Calendar event titles, dates, times, locations, and related details remain yours. You give Looking Forward permission to use that information only as needed to provide the app's features.

App Store Terms

Your download and use of Looking Forward may also be subject to Apple's App Store terms, device terms, and platform rules. If there is a conflict between those terms and these terms, the platform terms may control where required by Apple.

Changes and Availability

Looking Forward may change, add, or remove features over time. The app may not always be available, and access to calendar data can depend on Apple, Google, network availability, and device settings.

No Warranty

Looking Forward is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranties are made about the app's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Looking Forward and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the app.
